# Telemetry notice

Service: CompanyVerify


This service records API and MCP activity to operate the tools, understand demand
and decide which capabilities to build next. It records:

- UTC timestamp, endpoint/tool, response status, latency and match counts
- bounded request parameters, including names or identifiers submitted for lookup
- a stable salted hash of the caller IP, rather than its raw address
- client user agent and MCP client details when available
- a payer wallet when supplied by a successful payment settlement
- requirements and contact details that callers voluntarily submit

IP hashes and wallets are stable identifiers, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Parameters may contain personal names or contact details. Reports preserve
submitted requirements and capability searches for the operator; screening inputs
are not included in those reports. Caller text is treated as untrusted data.

Raw parameters and inbound email text are redacted after 30 days by default.
Contact details submitted as request parameters are subject to the same sweep;
this service does not promise to retain them indefinitely. Structural fields,
counts, salted IP identifiers and payment metadata remain after that redaction.
Do not submit sensitive material unrelated to the data request.

Service messages, including requests about retained information, can be submitted
through the request_data MCP tool or POST /v1/request-data.
Aggregated demand statistics may be published. Raw event logs and screening
queries are not published by this service.
